Does some of the commercial stuff like slimming tea help in reducing belly fat ?
i'm 13 years old turning 14 soon and starting freshman high school year in august. i'm 5 feet 8 inches and weight 160. my doctor says that's perfectly fine for my height. but i feel fat, i have the "spanish" type of body. so i have curves,boobs,big thighs.. and i want to slim down. i lose and gain a few pounds every 4 months or so. i want to lose 30 pounds so i get to be around 130 or 135. what do you recommend? anyone? please help me.i am 12 i live in usa but i know what you mean i am 125 pounds i have noticed that all my friends are skinnyer then me so i am constantly upset with my self a girl that was going to ask me out didnt because i was still a little heavy so i have been looking today well i found it all you have to do is what this guy says and swimming is the best because you use your arms legs stomach even your neck muscles so just go swimming also i noticed diving in to the water face/arms first and start to swim way under all the water it gets the fat off your arms it really works just swim walk/run a mile a day or so and try to eat healthy oh ya i fogot to menchion i dont eat fruits or vegetables well let me tell you this you cant say that your not going to like it you have to think of a girl or boy or somthing you like and say if i dont eat this or do this my life will be scrued up it might not be true but it helps motavate you
i,m only 13 years old and my hight is 163 and my wieght is 55 despite i,m not fat ,but i,m half skinny actually y 20 years old sister wieght less than i do and she hieghts more ,well actually i have a little stomach fat ,and i,m sord of vegaterian and a big fan of fish eater........lol!!!!! i wana lose billy fat stomach cuz its kinda of ugly.I Have The Same Problem as you but its my mum who weight almost the same as me :( and also im 14. im quite short ,155cm and i weigh 8 stone :'( Im sooo fat but evryone else says im skinny i think there lieing ! and i used to weigh 7stone untill my gran stuffed me with junk food. grrrr
Im 12 turning 13, I feel slightly bigger around the stomach area than my friends, me and my friend go on bike rides everyday to keep in shape for dance class, does that burn stomach fat too? Please help!!
erm.. actually to me all the sports help out .. as long as we do it every day.. well im 11 now, i started doing exercise since last year . i just do it 1 hour a day and it helps . now i feel better then last time ..

I am about 14 and i feel like im getting bigger in my lower back and stomach. i dont know what to do that will help me loose it....i play volleyball club 2 days a week for 2 hours. what else should i do?? HELP!?i bike for an hour everyday, also i drink around 4-5 litres of water everyday, it keeps me from getting hungry every so often. Plus u need atleast 4 days of excercise
im only 13 fixxin to be 14 and have a belly and im a cheerleader with my belly i aint comfortable around the others and its harder toing the jumps and the kicks and stretches but i been doing 30 situps 1 a day and i havent seen any resuts except for my tummy tightin in g up but it aint going away :(Watch what you eat, stay away from a lot of the unhealthy carbs. You don't want to starve yourself though. Being a cheerleader, you NEED energy. So one example is instead of white bread, do whole wheat bread. Try not to eat fast foods, bring food/snacks from home (bagged carrots sticks, apples, etc). Aside from your diet, try doing more cardio exercising. Maybe an hour a day of jogging, or at least a mile a day to start. Cardio is going to help shed unnecessary belly fat. Sit ups will only tone what you shed and you will not see a difference with only situps. Remember, when trying to lose belly fat, the most important thing is to eat healthy and make the right food choices. Good luck to you!!!

I'm 13 about to be 14 I live in the us I'm from uk but I kind of have the same problem I'm 5,6or5,7 Idk I waight 130 pounds I got really muscular when I turn 13 don't know how but I'm trying to get my six pack it's hard but fat is over it need to burn it off I do sit Upps crunches everyday
