Exercises to lose belly fat can be easy and most importantly fun. As your most probably aware by now belly fat can be an extremely stubborn pest to get rid of. But there are steps you can take that will have a tremendous impact on belly fat and most importantly your health.
Aerobic exercises are by far the most productive weapon you can use to tackle your belly fat problem head on. You don’t need to be an athletic to start taking important steps to improve your health but you do need both discipline and honest determination that you do want to do something about it.
1.Walking - especially on surfaces such as sand, fields or woodland. Tarmac is ok, but can be a bit boring and you should take extra care to wear well cushioned trainers to protect your joints.
2.Swimming - I highly recommend swimming, as well as working your body and burning plenty of calories this exercise has no impact on your joints.
3.Aerobic Videos - get yourself a good aerobic video, this can be done in your own home if your a bit shy and don't like exercising in public. It can also be a lot of fun.
It also important to note that exercises to lose belly fat are not the only answer but rather a very useful string in your bow. You should also be concentrating on eating a healthy balanced diet.
If your not used to eating healthily then finding the will power to change your habits can be very difficult at first. If you can get over the first couple of weeks it really then just starts to become a lot easier.

i'm almost 14 (in 2 weeks) and im going to be a freshman in the fall...i do have muscles in my abs, but its covered by some fat...i would say im 117lbs and 5'4'' so my BMI is average, and a couple of my friends are larger than me and im okay with that... I suck it in and people always tell me that im ''skinny'' and i ''dont need to lose any weight'' and i love it when they say that but it still doesnt help my weight. I wear my moms clothes and shes about the same size as me only a little bigger but i can still wear her hoodies and pants...I really want to lose that bit of fat because when i look at myself in the mirror, i suck it in and then let it go and almost cry because ive been living a lie since the middle of seventh grade. Im almost on the verge of tears writing this. i feel like if i start working out, my family will be like ''what are you doing that for?'' and i really want to tell them the truth but i can't. i just want help with that area so i can actually act like MYSELF and not pretend to be someone else. When i was 10 years old i remember being super skinny, in all my pictures i looked as if there was no fat in my body, but when i started middle school i started putting on a LOT of weight i went from being 85 lbs to 97-98 lbs! And i regret it but i did NOTHNG about it for all of my 6th and 7th grade years! I am now 5'4 and probably am aroound 110 lbs! People say i am super skinny and do not need to lose weight at all, but that is only because i tuck in my stomach. I feel so horrible because even though my legs, arms, but, and thighs have not gained any weight, my face and all near my torso i have only fat. I try to stick to workouts but i can never stick to anything! Can anybody tell me what exercises i should or should not do!?!? Oh and could anyone tell me what foods i should eat or not eat????? im 13 and weigh about 200 and i exercise but its not doing anything but im thinking its just cuz ive been eating after 7 and not drinking diet soda lik im supposed 2 cuz i was during skool and i only wieghed 175 how can i loose that? and its all in my stomach?but i dont look lik i weigh 200 at alli loook i wiegh165 WAT DO I DO!!!!!plz help?!

i have tried lots of things and have had no result
i am turning 14 in 2 moths and my upper portion of the body is quite slim but the belly just protrudes out making me look very fat...earlier i thought that once i become tall it will vanish but i guess nothings happening...my summer vacations are goin on so i eat quite a lot and sleep late and do no exercise.....when i am hungry i eat ice which helps a lot but my belly is really fat...what shud i do about it....i am not the thinnest in my class but when i lose the belly fat i will surely look very tall and nice....so what shud i do?????
im 18 from uk.. when i was younger i was quite large,, as iv grown up iv also grown in.. however i have some execc fat on my belly that I am desperate to loose. Iv looked all over the internet and have just found way to many conflicting articles... I am 5 foot 4 and vary between 9 nd 10 stone. my bmi is average..
Latley my boyfriend has been telling me i hae put on weight.. (wich i actually havnt) but it has made me really self conciuse and feel like he doesnt want to be with me anymoreg. we have been together for 2 years and have both said we want a future together. The most irriitating thing is that he is 24 and is borderline obese. but that doesnt change how i feel about him... please help. I wwant to be thin and save my relationship!!The first problem is that you've been searching for answers on the INTERNET.. you should take a trip to your neighborhood gym and ask a trainer. That way, the trainer can actually see you and decide what exercises may be right/wrong for you.
Cardio Excersice sounds like it could help out a lot in your case, so maybe you & your boyfriend could take a Zamba class together. Zamba is a brazilian dance thats basically ALL cardio.. and its incredible fun! Any cardio class could work, this is just my personal preference.
Also, not to sound rude, but if your boyfriend is borderline obese then he's noone to judge.. Matter of fact, you shouldnt take judgement from ANYBODY. Your beautiful the way you are, and you should accept & love yourself the way you are NOW. Im not saying not to lose the weight, just dont do it for the wrong reasons. You should want to be a better you for YOU, not for a boyfriend that is constantly lowering your self esteem. If your boyfriend continues with the insultes/insulting comments you should sit down and have a talk with him. Guys dont always know when theyre hurting a girl because were so much more sensitive than they are, so he may not even know he's doing it. He might have different intentions.
And dont worry about your relationship being in jeopardy, If it was meant to be itll be. If not, it may take some time, but you WILL heal.. and you'll rise stronger than you were before. Obstacles are put in our path for a reason, its just our choice if we take on the challenge or not. :)
